Where your deposit currency differs from the Platform's base operating currency, conversion will be applied at the rate published in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are your sole responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w569, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, technical failures or the cost of substitute services.
w569's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) an amount equivalent to PKR 10,000 (illustrative reference figure — actual cap subject to operator confirmation).
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w569 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
w569 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is subject to a law-enforcement or regulatory investigation; (c) KYC or payment verification is outstanding; or (d) continued Account activity poses a risk to the Platform, other users or third parties.
You may request closure of your Account at any time via the in-platform account settings or by contacting support through the Help Centre. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w569 holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

w569 does not accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or regulatory bodies as a dispute forum in relation to the Platform's operations, and does not claim to be regulated by any Pakistani authority.
